Recyclable Sorting

With the ever demanding requirements to achieve higher quality requirements from end markets we are pleased to say that Eurokey can offer a picking and segregation facility at our Enderby site.

This semi automatic process includes the utilisation of a series of magnets to extract both steel and aluminium cans as well as the ability to manually pick other materials.

We have the ability to break down recyclables into eight different fractions to add significant value to co mingled inputs. Throughput is very much dependant on the make up of the material and we are happy to conduct trial loads to work out the cost and efficiency of this type of sorting. We have recently conducted some trials on mixed papers which have achieved positive results.
