Our leading facilities

Eurokey operates two state-of-the-art facilities in Corby and Kettering, designed to help supermarkets, retailers and grocers recycle plastic material in a fully closed-loop system right here in the UK. While at present the UK remains heavily reliant on exporting plastic material due to the lack of domestic infrastructure, Eurokey’s new pelletisation plant in Corby is on a mission to change that.

Our Corby Facility
Our Corby facility is one of the UK’s largest dedicated plastic recycling plants, focused on helping supermarkets, retailers and grocers recycle plastic material in a fully closed-loop system. The facility receives several grades of plastic material that have been sorted at our state-of-the-art facility in nearby Kettering and recycles it into plastic pellets ready for manufacture into plastic packaging for supermarkets to use again.

Our Kettering Facility
Our reprocessing facility in Kettering operates state-of-the-art sortation lines. This enable us to offer enhanced sortation through industry leading automation.
Our UK facility is capable of processing up to 70,000 tonnes of material per year, going through various automated infrared and robotic sorting lines.
